About Us
Rolling Energy Resources (RER) takes a unique approach to managing electric demand from EV charging. We connect directly to EVs via telematics. Our solutions are used to monitor battery state-of-charge, charging rate, and kWh usage. RER provides car owners with monthly reports on their charging patterns, and ways they can save money by charging off-peak. We can also start and stop charging remotely, to better manage electricity demand from EVs, regardless of charging equipment or vehicle location. RER is working with coops in a number of states to better understand member EV charging patterns, and to design programs that manage EV charging in a cost effective and grid-beneficial manner.
