About Us
Established in 2014, the Austin office of Holland & Knight centers on the electric power industry, which in turn powers the local, state and federal economies. Specifically, our attorneys represent rural electric cooperatives in regulatory matters, transmission line siting and certification, corporate and transactional matters, including real estate; commercial contract negotiations; electrical service contracts; and construction and development agreements for electric energy facilities.
