LineAlert gives utilities a real-time, street-level view of storm damage across their service area, using geo-tagged photos from customers already on the ground. Photos arrive mapped and time-stamped, ready to be categorized and prioritized by our visual model or utility staff, so an assessor can see downed lines, broken poles, and blocked roads without ever rolling a truck. Nothing needs to connect to the cooperative's OMS/SCADA if not needed. LineAlert lives on an in-browser control panel so there is no integration or security review to clear. LineAlert allows crews to be dispatched through the systems the cooperative already uses or through LineAlert's built-in system.
