In 2008, RMA Engineering began as a team of two engineers dedicated to expertise. With a solid business plan, determination, consistent work ethic, and a lot of grit, JP Metzler and Jason Rourke built their company while raising families, farming, ranching, and marketing. Both of these men have continued diversifying their skills and furthering their education as the company grew.
