Southeast Lineman Training Center is the premier training school for apprentice training, consistently producing an elite group of highly trained and certified graduates. We accomplish this through a training style and philosophy that is unlike that of any other program offered in the country. SLTC offers an intense 15-week program, the Electrical Lineworker Program (ELP). In the ELP, students learn how to climb wood and steel structures, install crossarms and hardware on poles, install conductors and pole line equipment, operate the equipment, and use various tools of the trade in simulated conditions.
