About Us
Treaty Oak Clean Energy (‘TOCE’) is a clean energy platform with a focus on developing solar, solar + storage, and standalone storage projects. The founding partners of TOCE previously co-founded and provide daily management and oversight at AP Solar, an ERCOT focused solar developer with a track record of successfully developing 1.5 GWac of solar near load centers in Texas. TOCE is currently active in ERCOT, MISO, and the Southeast. TOCE works with a spectrum of customers and off-takers, including Munis, Co-ops, IOUs, trading companies and financial institutions. TOCE is working with Co-ops in the Southeast to provide reliable clean energy to their individual members and customers.
